Membership at Greenies Golf Lounge is a privilege and a shared responsibility. Our members are the core of what makes Greenies great. A place where golfers, friends, and families come together to play, relax, and connect. To protect that experience, every member agrees to uphold the standards of respect, care, and integrity that define the Greenies brand. These Terms & Conditions ensure that everyone enjoys the facility safely, responsibly, and with pride. 

 

Member Code of Conduct (P.R.O.S.) 

At Greenies, we live by our core values- Pride, Respect, Own It, Service. 

As a Greenies Member, I agree to: 

● Pride: Treat the facility, staff, and equipment with care. Keep my space clean and respect the Lounge as if it’s my own. 

● Respect: Be courteous to members, guests, and staff. No harassment, profanity, or disruptive behavior. 

● Own It: Follow all safety rules and take responsibility for my actions and my guests’ conduct. Report any damage or issues immediately. 

● Service: Protect the experience for everyone. Help maintain the positive, community-driven energy that defines Greenies. 

 

Greenies members are expected to act with professionalism and sportsmanship at all times.

1. Membership & Access 

By becoming a Greenies Member, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all posted or communicated Facility Rules. Membership access is limited to the hours and privileges stated in your membership plan. Unauthorized entry when the Facility is closed, under maintenance, or hosting private events is strictly prohibited. Greenies may modify membership benefits, pricing, or policies at any time with reasonable notice. 

 

2. Conduct & Responsibility 

Members are expected to treat all guests, staff, property, and equipment with respect and care at all times. You agree to use simulators, bays, furniture, and all amenities only as intended and to report any damage or malfunction immediately. You are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or your guests. Greenies maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. Harassment, loud or aggressive conduct, or interference with other guests’ enjoyment may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. 

3. Facility Rules 

● Soft-soled golf shoes or sneakers only. Spiked or metal golf shoes are prohibited. 

● Proper golf or lounge-appropriate attire is required at all times. 

● Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. 

● Members must follow all guest limitations and booking rules stated in their membership plan. You are responsible for your guests’ conduct and safety. 

● Reservations and time limits must be respected. Members may not exceed their allotted booking times or block additional bays beyond their plan allowance. 

● Members and guests are not permitted in any staff-only, kitchen, storage, office, or mechanical areas. 

● No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the Facility. 

● Outside food and beverages are not permitted. 

● Members and guests must park only in the front or rear Greenies parking areas. Unauthorized parking elsewhere is not permitted. 

● Greenies is a secure facility under continuous video surveillance (CCTV) for safety and asset protection. By entering, you consent to recording. 

● Greenies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure. 

 

4. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Substances 

Alcohol may only be consumed during open hours and must be purchased from the Greenies bar. No alcohol consumption is permitted when the Facility is closed or outside operating hours. Bringing in outside alcohol is prohibited. Illegal substances, drugs, or intoxicated behavior will result in immediate removal and possible membership termination. 

5. Safety & Equipment Use 

● All simulator play must be conducted safely and within designated bays. Only one golfer may swing at a time. Golfers must ALWAYS stay out of the out of bounds area! 

● Always ensure others are clear before swinging. Never swing outside the bay area. 

● Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately to staff. 

● Members who act recklessly, misuse equipment, or disregard safety protocols may have membership revoked without refund. 

 

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk 

You acknowledge that golf and simulator play involve inherent risks of injury or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the facility and agree to hold Greenies, its owners, and staff harmless from any and all claims except in cases of gross negligence. Greenies is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of property. 

 

7. Fees, Billing & Termination 

Membership fees must be paid as agreed. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access. Greenies reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for rule violations, misconduct, or property damage. No refunds will be issued for termination due to misconduct or rule violations. Voluntary cancellations must follow the notice and refund terms outlined in your membership plan. 

● Par Plans are a 30 day comittment 

● Birdie and Eagle Plans are a 3 month commitment minimum. 

 

8. Maintenance, Closures & Downtime 

Greenies may temporarily close bays or the Facility for maintenance, private events, or equipment upgrades. No refunds or credits are guaranteed for closures, but reasonable rescheduling will be offered when possible. 

9. Amendments & Enforcement 

Greenies may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted at the Facility and on the official website. Management reserves the right to enforce or interpret these Terms as needed to ensure safety and integrity of the Lounge. 

10. Governing Law 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved in Onondaga County, NY. 

Member Acknowledgment 

By signing below or using your Greenies Membership credentials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Member Code of Conduct, and all posted Facility Rules.
